Equally Created

Using the medium of LEGO, ‘Equally Created’ was a set of art works created to highlight the ridiculousness of the arguments against Marriage Equality. The work was produced during my Bachelor of Arts honours year in 2012.

Of course, it’s is worth noting that we had a public vote in Australia in late 2017 where 61.6% voted for it to become legal… and so it did on 9 December 2017.

The seven images contained below also served as a local campaign for Marriage Equality. On 13 November, 2012 these images were distributed as postcards and posters around Canberra, Australia… not that I’m suggesting my work had anything to do with that five years later.
