I’ve been working in IT for 22 years (as of early 2021). I primarily produce Power BI reports and write PowerShell scripts, even for myself at home.
I play with Raspberry Pi’s… when my home PC died, I started using a Raspberry Pi instead… seems to do the job… though I’ve since moved to using Docker Containers on my Synology NAS.
I’ve been making watch faces using Pujie Black since late 2016… I spend a lot of time on it. Still love constructing LEGO sets. Even though I don’t have time these days, I still enjoy drawing. My favourite XBox game is GTA V. I prefer consoles over PC games, especially as a communal gamer. I watch too much TV… enjoy Sci Fi.
I enjoy travelling with my husband… As of the end of 2019, I’ve been to Italy, Japan twice, Hong Kong, the U.S. four times and Canada twice. Does New Zealand (twice) even count?
I enjoy Australian destinations too… Uluru was brilliant, I like the spacious metropolitan feel of Melbourne… Sydney is a hole but can be nice to visit. My home, Canberra, is the capital of Australia but it feels regional… we get all the seasons, and it really is “the bush capital”. I’m looking forward to seeing more places in Australia and overseas.
